John is a full-time Realtor, representing both home buyers and home sellers. John uses his experience and market knowledge to focus on homes in the Scottsdale area, North Phoenix and the East Valley communities of Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and Ahwatukee.
John is a pioneer in the online marketing of real estate. Created in 2001, John's website Home Sale News was for many years the largest email newsletter about the Arizona real estate market with many thousands of weekly subscribers.
John created a blog in 2006, Arizona Real Estate Notebook, which today is one of the most popular real estate websites in Arizona; up to 7,000 visitors per week come to the blog to get John's insightful market analysis and observations.
After 10 years of successful online content, John created a network of community based real estate websites -- each focusing on homes sold, homes for sale and real estate market trends -- in each community.
