Interests

I am a full time realtor and Arizona native who has lived in Scottsdale since 1997.

I love Scottsdale! I love the desert landscapes and desert parks of North Scottsdale. I love the grassy parks and green paths in McCormick Ranch. I love schools, the lakes, the golf courses and the location which is not too far from downtown Phoenix and the Phoenix Symphony, the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

I sell all types of homes throughout the Valley representing both home buyers and home sellers. I focus on Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.

I also love internet marketing. I founded the oldest and largest email newsletter about Arizona real estate, Home Sale News, which started in 2001 and now has over 16,000 subscribers. Building on my economics background, in 2006 I created a blog about the Arizona real estate market called Arizona Real Estate Notebook which is one of the most popular real estate websites in Arizona.

And one of my favorite things is when I get a call from a reader, so please give me a call when you have real estate questions!
